Built for Ontario weather, not just summer photos

Lake Erie freeze-thaw is brutal on decks. We use hot-dip galvanized or stainless fasteners, joist tape over every framing top, and properly flashed ledgers tied into your home's water-resistive barrier — so the deck looks the same in year 15 as it does on handover day.

Material picked for your use, not our margin

Composite makes sense for a heavily used family deck with kids and a hot tub. Western red cedar is hard to beat for a screened porch or a low-traffic showpiece. Pressure-treated is still the right call for big elevated framing under composite or a budget-conscious rebuild. We walk you through all three honestly.

Permits, footings, and railings handled

Norfolk and Oxford County both require permits for decks over 24 inches off grade. We pull drawings, install Sonotube or helical footings below frost line, and build code-compliant railings in cedar, aluminum, glass, or cable — no homeowner permit runs, no inspection surprises.

Lakefront, cottage, and rural deck specialists

We build along the Lake Erie shore, on Long Point, around Turkey Point cottages, and on rural acreage across both counties. Sloped lots, lakefront erosion zones, and existing patios are problems we've already solved many times.

Decks across Norfolk & Oxford County

We deliver decks services to every town and rural community across both counties.
